We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps in the West Europe region (Netherlands). Provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. When the website is accessed, the server processes connection data (IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent).

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation of the website).

4. Cookies

This website does not use any tracking cookies. Only strictly functional cookies are set:

• locale — stores your last chosen language (de or en) so your next visit lands in that language. Lifetime: 1 year. Set only when you actively switch language via the language switcher.
• tf_ref — stores a referral code from the ?ref= link parameter so a later signup can be attributed to the referring trainer (see section 8). Lifetime: 60 days. The code is also stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and is set only when you arrive on the website via a referral link.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly language selection and in operating our referral program). No tracking, no analytics, no sharing with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Fonts

We use locally hosted fonts from the fontsource package (Inter, JetBrains Mono). No connection to third-party font servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, the transmitted data is processed exclusively to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data is not passed on to third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

8. Referral program

If you arrive on this website via a referral link (the ?ref= parameter), the referral code it carries is stored locally in your browser for up to 60 days (see section 4). If you sign up for TrainerFoundry within that window, your name and the status of your registration (e.g. trial started, became a customer) are shown to the referring trainer as part of our referral program.

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the referral program). Signing up without a referral link is always possible; in that case no such disclosure takes place.

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements. The latest version applies.
