TrainerFoundry has two flat prices: Starter for getting started (up to 25 active clients), Professional for unlimited growth. Whether you coach 15 or 150 clients on Professional, the price doesn't move.

We help you move over personally. Send us your client list (Excel, CSV, or simply by email) and we'll set up your TrainerFoundry account in the first few days for you — free, no extra charge. You start with your clients already imported and can focus straight away on training.

From the 501st email in the current month, TrainerFoundry declines the send with a friendly error (429 — quota reached). The limit resets automatically on the 1st of the following month. If you regularly need more, Professional includes 5,000 emails / month — upgrading is one click in your billing settings.

TrainerFoundry takes 0 % commission on your clients’ payments. The only fees are Stripe’s own — such as for card payments, for memberships, which run as Stripe subscriptions (Stripe Billing), for the invoice Stripe issues for every card payment and, if you charge tax, for the tax calculation — and Stripe bills them to you directly. Full access to every feature in your chosen plan. You enter a payment method at checkout (so the switch is seamless), but you are not charged during the 14 days. You can cancel any time before the trial ends — nothing is billed.
